1st stage
this is where the leather is checked and marked for nay discrepencies. At furniture arte only grade A hydes are used for the production of leather sofa covers.
2nd stage
Now the leather has been cut into parts of the sofa and is ready to go to stitchers there the parts will again be checked in case something was missed during the first stage are there was mistake made by the cutters.
3rd stage
this is after the indurial seat cushions have been stitched. This stage ensures that parts have been stitched together properly and number of stitches per inch are uniform and upto the standards of our clients.
