Ten years ago, we embarked on a journey with a simple yet powerful idea—to provide meaningful employment opportunities to women from rural villages. Our goal was to create avenues for them to supplement their household incomes while building a sense of independence and self-worth.

It gave these women more than just financial support—it gave them confidence, a voice, and a space to grow both personally and professionally.
